Maestro (@GoMaestroOrg) announced today that its Developer API services will shut down on September 18, 2026.
The sunset applies across Bitcoin, Cardano, and Dogecoin endpoints. The company stated it will focus on Maestro Institutional and Mezzamine, its institutional BTC yield and mining credit products.

- Services continue running normally until September 18, 2026.
- After that date, all endpoints will be retired.
- Bitcoin API code is already open source.
- Cardano and Dogecoin code will be open-sourced in the coming months.
- For Cardano in the interim, the company pointed to alternative providers such as Blockfrost (@blockfrost_io).
